This is your annual opportunity to enroll or make changes to your benefits.  All employees are asked to review the information provided below and actively confirm elections.

Open Enrollment Presentation

Great News!  Mutual of Omaha is offering a "True Open Enrollment" for the 2025 plan year!  This means the following:

 Voluntary Life:

  • Any benefit eligible employee can elect coverage, or increase their coverage amount, up to the Guarantee Issued amount of 5 times your salary up to $200K, without having to submit Evidence of Insurability (EOI).  Any election/increase over $200K will require EOI.
  • Spouse coverage can be added or increased up to $50k without having to submit EOI.  Any Spouse election over $50k will require EOI.
  • Child coverage can be added up to the maximum of $10k without having to submit EOI.


Voluntary Short-Term Disability & Voluntary Long-Term Disability:

  • Any benefit eligible employee can add coverage without having to provide EOI
