Great News! Mutual of Omaha is offering a "True Open Enrollment" for the 2025 plan year! This means the following:
Voluntary Life:
Any benefit eligible employee can elect coverage, or increase their coverage amount, up to the Guarantee Issued amount of 5 times your salary up to $200K, without having to submit Evidence of Insurability (EOI). Any election/increase over $200K will require EOI.
Spouse coverage can be added or increased up to $50k without having to submit EOI. Any Spouse election over $50k will require EOI.
Child coverage can be added up to the maximum of $10k without having to submit EOI.
